Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in their jackets about 25 to 30 minutes, until done.
    Remove from heat and drain water.
    Let cool before dicing. Sprinkle potatoes with sugar and vinegar.
    Add celery, onion, pickles and salt.
    Stir gently to combine.
    Add mayonnaise by folding into mixture.
    Add sliced eggs.
    Sprinkle top with paprika.
