Rhubarb Custard Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 18-1/4-oz. box white cake mix (Duncan Hines or any kind that requires oil as an ingredient)
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground nutmeg (optional)
    3 cups diced rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1-1/2 C. granulated sugar
    1 pt. whipping cream
