Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sauerkraut, drained well
1 stalk celery, sliced thin
1 small green pepper, sliced
1 small onion
1 grated carrot
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Mix sauerkraut and vegetables together.
Heat sugar, oil and vinegar.
Let cool, then pour over sauerkraut mixture.
Let stand overnight.
