Jamie'S Grilled Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced zucchini squash, 1/4-inch thick
1 c. Vidalia onion, cut longitudinally into 1/4-inch thick chunks
2 Tbsp. olive oil
garlic salt
Preparation

Toss squash and onion with olive oil in large bowl.
Pour vegetables onto flat grilling pan or heavy aluminum foil over medium flame on barbecue grill.
Spread zucchini slices flat and sift garlic salt to taste (about 1 to 2 teaspoons) over vegetables. Turn squash pieces when brown on bottom side.
Stir onion pieces several times.
Remove vegetables after browning both sides of the zucchini.
