Pasta With Steamed Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    2 medium yellow squash, sliced
    1 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti or fettucini
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 to 1 c. whipping cream
    salt and pepper
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Steam vegetables or saute in butter until still crisp.
    Add mushrooms the last minute.
    Cook pasta according to directions and drain.
    Add butter, whipping cream, vegetables and seasonings. Toss well.
    Serve warm with cheese sprinkled on top.
    Serves 8.
