Gone-All-Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 lb. beef chuck, cubed
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    6 medium onions, quartered
    4 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
    12 fresh mushrooms
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. Italian herb mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Mix soup, water and flour until smooth. Combine with remaining ingredients in a covered roasting pan.
    Bake for 4 to 5 hours.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
