Pecan Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans
3 c. long grain rice, cooked, hot and well drained
1 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Toast pecans in oven at 250\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden. Chop coarsely.
Cook rice.
When ready to serve, coat pecans in butter in skillet.
Add rice and toss.
Salt and pepper.
