Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head raw broccoli
8 oz. grated cheese (mild)
1 small can mushroom soup (optional)
1 c. mayo
1/4 c. plus 1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
Preparation

Chop broccoli.
Keep just the buds.
Mix broccoli, onion, shredded cheese and crumbled bacon in large bowl.
Mix mayo, vinegar and sugar in small bowl and add to broccoli mixture. Marinate for at least 8 hours before serving.
