Pineapple-Peach Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. can grated pineapple
    8 c. raw chopped peaches (about 1 1/2 doz.)
    6 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Pare, pit and chop peaches fine.
    Simmer very slowly until quite thick, stirring often.
    Add pineapple, sugar and lemon juice.
    Simmer about 20 minutes or until mixture is quite thick and seal in hot glasses.
    This makes about 5 pints of cooked marmalade.
