Ham Scalloped Spuds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. spuds, peeled or scrubbed and thinly sliced
1 or 2 medium onions, chopped
1 1/2 to 2 c. diced ham
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. flour
6 c. milk
2 c. grated Longhorn or mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Toss sliced spuds, chopped onions and diced ham in large bowl, mixing well.
Combine flour and seasoning; mix well and toss with spud mixture until evenly distributed.
Spread in large, greased flat pan (9 x 13-inch or 12 x 17-inch).
Pour milk over spuds; cover pan with foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until spuds are almost fork-tender.
Uncover; bake 10 minutes more.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Allow to sit 5 minutes to melt cheese; serve.
Makes 12 generous servings.
