Polish Sausage And Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 green or red pepper, chopped
    hot rice or spaghetti
    2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans cut up tomatoes or tomato juice for those that don't want tomato pieces
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook sausage in skillet until brown.
    Add additional ingredients.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Serve over rice.
