Browned Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 cans beef consomme (soup)
    1 c. raw rice (white)
    1/4 c. sliced almonds or sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt margarine; combine soup, rice and almonds or mushrooms; stir and put in deep dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer if rice needs more time.
