Diabetic - Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can corn
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. pimiento, chopped
    1 tsp. green pepper
    1 tsp. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. sugar replacement
    3/4 c. milk
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except vegetable cooking spray.
    Pour into baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until firm.
    Yields 6 servings.
