Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (15 oz.) can Niblets corn (undrained)
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Spray baking dish with Pam or other vegetable oil spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can bake 1/2 and freeze the other 1/2 for later use.
    Freezes very well in Ziploc bag.
