Cheese 'N Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    4 eggs
    1 c. (8 oz.) heavy or whipping cream
    1/2 c. bottled creamy Italian dressing
    1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken (white meat is best)
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped red pimiento peppers in jar, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake pastry pie shell for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Reduce oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large bowl, beat eggs; blend in cream, dressing, chicken, cheese and pimiento.
    Pour into prepared shell.
    Bake for 40 minutes or until pie tests done. Makes 6 servings.
