Meat Balls On Picks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ???
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
Preparation
    Beat egg and water.
    Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Bake in shallow pan for 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve on cocktail picks.
    Makes 60 to 70.
