Cheeseburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 small bell pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    8 slices cheese
    1 (10 count) can biscuits
Preparation
    Chop up onions and peppers; add in frying pan with ground beef.
    Let brown; drain.
    Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper.
    Simmer.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Place biscuits on top, then lay sliced cheese on top of biscuits.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
