Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas (ripe)
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Beat eggs; add to butter and sugar mixture.
Sift flour, soda and salt, then stir with fork. Add bananas (pulp).
Stir in pecans (chopped).
Bake in 2 greased loaf pans (5 x 9-inch) for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
