German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 c. Jonathan apples, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and spread in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool cake.
