Cheddar-Egg Stuffed Biscuit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. bacon bits
    ready to bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
    1/2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Make biscuits.
    Cook onion, green pepper and egg.
    Mix bacon bits into egg mixture.
    Remove from heat when cooked; set aside. Carefully separate baked biscuits into 2 layers.
    Sprinkle cheese into center of biscuits and top with egg mixture.
    Heat again in microwave or toaster oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
