Chicken Biscuit Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cubed, chopped chicken
    1 c. cooked peas
    1 can (10) biscuits
    1/3 c. flour
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cooked carrots
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Melt margarine.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add chicken broth and milk; cook, stirring until thickened.
    Add chicken, onion, peas and carrots.
    Simmer until bubbly.
    Separate biscuits and arrange over chicken mixture.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serves 5 to 6.
