Oven-Fried Yogurt Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken thighs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. Italian Seasonings dressing mix or 2 tsp. poultry seasonings
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
    1 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Skin chicken thighs.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Coat thighs with yogurt, then bread crumb mixture.
    Place in baking dish.
    Drizzle margarine over the chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
