Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 sticks butter
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs, unbeaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well to incorporate each one.
    Add vanilla.
    Add buttermilk alternately with the dry ingredients which have been sifted together.
    Beat until smooth.
