Italian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 large potatoes, washed and unpeeled
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Line baking dish with foil.
    Dice potatoes and onion and place in dish (8 x 12-inch).
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
    Cut up butter over potatoes.
    Close foil securely. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Open foil and sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir and cook an additional 15 minutes or until done.
