Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 box powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    approximately 1/2 gal. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add evaporated milk, Eagle Brand milk and vanilla. Sift cornstarch and powdered sugar together; add to mixture.
    Pour into freezer can, filling with milk to about 2 to 3 inches from top.
    Makes 1 gallon.
