Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
3 Tbsp. flour
1 can 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt bacon drippings in an iron skillet over medium heat; stir in flour until smooth and medium brown; stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper; simmer 20 minutes; and serve with biscuits.
