Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. corn meal
    Crisco
    1/8 c. celery bits (if desired)
    1/8 c. onion bits (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat skillet.
    Melt Crisco in pan.
    Drain salmon.
    Mix in large bowl with all ingredients; mix well.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonful into hot grease.
    Brown and serve.
    Cook about 5 minutes.
