Tossed Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans light tuna
    1 large green pepper
    1 small zucchini, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) jar whole pimiento
    1 qt. chunked iceberg lettuce
    1 large tomato, chunked
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. whole pimiento-stuffed olives
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Drain tuna.
    Slice green pepper into strips.
    Slice zucchini into thin rounds.
    Cut pimiento into thin strips.
    Toss lettuce, tomato, green pepper, zucchini, onion, pimiento and olives. Gently toss in tuna.
    Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, oil, paprika and cayenne; blend well.
    Pour over salad, tossing to serve. Makes 4 servings.
