Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium baking potatoes
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Spray a large baking sheet with Pam.
    Wash potatoes; cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Do not peel potatoes.
    Mix water and oil in a large bowl.
    Add potatoes; toss until coated.
    Place on pan; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn over and bake an additional 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings, 119 calories per serving.
