Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef for stew
    5 carrots, sliced
    5 potatoes, sliced
    2 small cans beef broth
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Place in deep pan and add water and simmer.
    Add the rest of the ingredients after one hour and simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve with noodles and hot rolls.
