Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    8 large mushrooms, sliced or 1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms
    1 (1 lb. 1 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. cooked, deveined shrimp
    fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add onion, pepper, celery and garlic.
    Cook until just tender.
    Add mushrooms, tomatoes and seasonings.
    Simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until somewhat thickened.
    Stir in shrimp and continue cooking until shrimp is just heated through.
    Serve over steamed rice.
    Season with fresh chopped parsley just before serving.
    Serves 4.
