Golden Sour Cream Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 whole chicken cutlets, halved
    8 oz. sour cream
    garlic powder to taste
    flavored bread crumbs
    2 cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
    pats of margarine (optional)
Preparation
    Add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder to sour cream.
    Mix well. (Add more garlic powder if you like garlic.)
    Dip each cutlet half into the sour cream mixture and coat completely, then dip in flavored bread crumbs.
    Roll cutlet jelly roll fashion and place, seam side down, in roasting pan.
    Top with pats of margarine. Heat soup mixed with 1 can of water.
    Pour over cutlets and bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Delicious cold.
