Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck roast (any size)
    1 onion, sliced
    2 pkg. instant brown gravy
    3 to 6 potatoes, cut in chunks
    3 carrots, chopped in large pieces
Preparation
    Place roast in a large glass casserole dish and add vegetables.
    Mix gravy according to package directions, reducing water by 1/8 cup.
    Pour over roast and cover.
    Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 400\u00b0 or until meat pulls apart easily.
