Hamburg Things - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
    1 lb. hamburg or own meat loaf mixture
Preparation
    Put small roll of meat into the center of a flat biscuit. Wrap biscuit completely around mixture.
    Pinch dough to seal.
    Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown, approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 40 per pound of meat mixture.
    Great right out of oven or cold.
    Kids love them with ketchup.
