Indiana Hawaiian Chicken Ginger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless chicken breasts
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) jar of apricot preserves
    1 small bottle of Catalina dressing
    1 pkg. Lipton Onion soup dry mix
Preparation
    Wash and drain the chicken.
    Salt and pepper them.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Mix together the Catalina dressing, apricot preserves, chopped pepper and onion and pour sauce mixture over the chicken.
