Tapioca Mandarin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small (3 oz.) boxes American vanilla tapioca pudding
    1 small (3 oz.) box orange jello
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
    3 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix pudding and jello with rapidly boiling water.
    Remove from heat and chill for 2 hours.
    After 2 hours, whip mixture, then fold in drained mandarin oranges and the Cool Whip.
    Chill and serve.
