Regina'S Easy Liver 'N Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 lb. liver, sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can onion soup
    1/4 c. chili sauce
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; remove from pan and crumble.
    Dust liver with flour.
    Brown in bacon drippings.
    Add bacon and remaining ingredients.
    Cover; simmer 30 minutes or until liver is tender.
    Uncover.
    Cook for a few minutes to thicken sauce. Serves 4.
