Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cubed
flour
2 Tbsp. fat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 (11 oz.) can tomato soup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 to 8 gtts. (drops) Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Dip meat in flour.
Brown in hot fat.
Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, sour cream, soup, mushroom liquid and seasonings. Simmer 1 hour.
Serve over noodles or rice.
