Polynesian Bars(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c. oats
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oleo
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. nuts
    4 c. chopped dates
    1 can crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook until smooth and thick; cool.
    Spread cooled filling over crumb mixture and cover with other half of crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
