Raspberry Pie Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
    4 to 5 c. raspberries*
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Spread raspberries in unbaked pie shell.
    Stir sour cream and combined sugar, flour and salt together, mixing well.
    Spoon over berries, spreading to edge of crust.
    Sprinkle top with 2 teaspoons sugar.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes more, or until topping is lightly browned.
    Cool at room temperature; serve fresh.
