Lila'S Dark Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    3 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. dark molasses
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    4 1/2 c. hot water
    10 c. flour or more if needed
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Mix with oatmeal, Crisco, molasses, brown sugar, salt and egg.
    Pour 4 1/2 cups hot water over all.
    Add flour.
    Make into buns, let rise and bake at 350\u00b0.
