Rice Pilaf With Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 1/3 c. beef broth
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine for about 5 minutes.
    Add rice; saute 3 minutes.
    Add broth, salt and raisins and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in almonds and parsley; fluff with fork.
    Serves 4.
