Eggs A Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    7 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    a few dashes of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in skillet and cook until browned.
    Drain; line bottom of a buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforation to seal.
    Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes; cut into squares.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
