King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken or 2 cans deboned chicken and 1 c. chicken broth
    12 corn tortillas, torn or 16 taco shells, broken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies, undrained
    1 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Stew chicken until tender; reserve 1 cup broth.
    Bone and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Place tortillas or taco shells in bottom of dish.
    Layer chicken on top.
    Combine soups, onions, tomatoes and chicken broth in saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat until hot.
    Pour soup mixture over chicken.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 50 to 60 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
