Vegetable Beef Soup(Made With Ground Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef of choice
    2 cans stewed tomatoes (use 16 oz. cans)
    2 cans tomato sauce (use 8 oz. cans)
    4 c. water
    2 cans mixed vegetables, drained (17 oz. cans)
    1 envelope onion soup mix (optional)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 dash garlic
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain well.
    Add tomatoes and sauce followed by remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer at least 1 hour, or longer for better taste.
