Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2 crusts
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. chicken broth
    3 c. cooked chicken, chopped up
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. pimento
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Blend in flour and salt. Add broth all at once.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
