Potato Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large loaves bread, toasted
5 lb. potatoes, mashed
4 eggs, beaten
3 medium onions, cooked until soft
1 bunch celery, cooked until soft
3 lb. margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix together; put in buttered pans or casseroles.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Makes large amount; can freeze some.
