Pecan Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
11 graham crackers (2 1/2 inch squares), crushed
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Beat until fluffy the egg whites, sugar and baking powder. Fold in graham crackers and chopped pecans.
Pour into well-greased pie pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Refrigerate 4 hours.
