Apple Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped apples
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Beat eggs, add sugar and beat until creamy.
Add dry ingredients gradually and fold in nuts and apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 9 x 13-inch pan.
Serve with whipped cream. Better served warm.
