Vegetables And Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium yellow summer squash
1 medium zucchini
1 medium sweet red pepper
1 1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 to 1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. red pepper
6 oz. linguine
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut vegetables in strips.
Stir-fry in oil 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir together spices and wine. Drizzle over veggies and toss to coat.
Heat through.
Add cooked, drained linguine and toss.
Add cheese; toss and serve hot.
Add cooked, cubed chicken breasts or crab for a main dish. Contains 192 calories per serving.
